Using Domo in Active Daily Management to Improve Operational Efficiency
Ever wonder what happens to your blood sample after it’s taken from your arm? At Stanford Health Care, chances are it will travel to the lab for analysis via the Pneumatic Tube System (PTS).
In this session, you’ll learn how Stanford uses Domo to track metrics associated with the PTS, including volume, frequency, and travel time. With around 10,000 transactions each day, there’s a lot of data to analyze. Domo takes those large data sets and turns them into easy-to-understand graphs that Stanford uses in daily huddles and reports for leadership.
From tracking metrics, measuring workload, and alerting users to downtime, the insight Domo provides helps keep our PTS staff and clinical users informed and operating efficiently.
In this session you will also learn how to:
- Gain visibility into how Stanford uses Domo to manage one of its major assets
- How Domo provides visibility into system-wide metrics, marrying disparate data systems
- How staffing levels can be adjusted based on the data Domo provides
- How Domo helps make business decisions and improve productivity
