How Sephora sparked bold curiosity to improve the customer experience through the power of data
Sephora, a leader in prestige omni-retail, is on a mission to create a welcoming beauty shopping experience for all. In September 2022, Sephora opened a new experiential store location in Raffles City, Singapore—the first of its kind—that offers customers the chance to interact with Sephora’s brands in many ways.
