Josh James

Josh founded Domo in 2010 to transform the way CEOs and other executives manage their business and to help drive value from the tens of billions of dollars spent on traditional business intelligence systems.
Prior to Domo, Josh served as CEO of Omniture, a SaaS-based web analytics company that he co-founded in 1996 and took public in 2006. Omniture was the number one returning venture investment out of 1,008 venture capital investments in 2004, as well as the number two performing technology IPO of 2006. For the three years that Omniture was public, Josh was the youngest CEO of a NASDAQ or NYSE-traded company. In 2009, he facilitated Omniture’s sale to Adobe for $1.8 billion.
An active member of the Utah business community, Josh is passionate about promoting the state’s economic development and he is equally devoted to entrepreneurship. He founded Silicon Slopes, a non-profit initiative whose mission is to promote the interests of Utah’s high-tech industry. With former Governor Leavitt, Josh led the charge for the Utah Silicon Valley Alliance for entrepreneurs, an economic development program designed to attract the best of California’s technology industry to Utah’s business-friendly environment. He has served as an advisor on the technology and startup community to Governor Jon Huntsman, Governor Gary Herbert and Governor Spencer Cox.
He studied business management and entrepreneurship at Brigham Young University.

Daren Thayne

Daren draws from more than two decades of product and technology leadership as Chief Technology Officer and EVP of Product. In addition, he leads Domo Labs, the company's innovation hub focused on building breakthrough solutions, in collaboration with some of Domo's largest customers, which are then integrated into the larger Domo ecosystem. Prior to Domo, Daren was CTO and SVP at Ancestry.com, where he built the site's SaaS platform from the ground up. He has also held senior engineering leadership roles at Interbank FX, WordPerfect, Open Market, Corel and Novell.
Daren holds a B.S. in Engineering and an MBA from Brigham Young University. He also holds the title of Domo's chief apologist for the New York Yankees. When not visiting a ballpark, Daren and his family love escaping to the Utah mountains.

Alexis Coll

Alexis joined Domo in 2023 as a recognized leader in the tech legal community, with extensive experience guiding public tech companies through high-impact legal events. In addition to her day-to-day leadership of the legal department and oversight of all Domo’s legal needs, she also works with the Board to optimize Domo’s corporate governance as the company’s Corporate Secretary.
Prior to Domo, Alexis spent 25 years as a business litigator, advising and representing dozens of technology and growth companies through mission-critical disputes, regulatory challenges, investor relations and strategic transactions. This broad range of expertise allows Alexis to be a dynamic partner for all critical stakeholders at Domo.
Alexis’ investment in the community is reflected by her decades of pro-bono legal contributions and not-for-profit Board service, and she has received numerous awards for these charitable successes. When not working, Alexis can most likely be found cheering on her kids at their various sporting events, hiking with her dogs or skiing. She received her J.D. from the University of Virginia and her B.A. from Duke University.

Tod Crane

Tod Crane has been a strategic member of Domo’s Finance team for nearly a decade, where he has overseen areas including FP&A, SEC reporting, debt and equity transactions and revenue recognition. He brings over 15 years of finance leadership experience to Domo, and holds a Master’s degree in Accounting from Brigham Young University. A former CPA, Tod spent more than five years at Ernst & Young, where he advised public companies in a variety of industries.

Jeff Skousen

Jeff Skousen brings more than 25 years of sales and leadership experience to the role of President of Worldwide Sales and Field Operations. He played an integral role in building the Domo sales machine from the ground up and brings an intense, results-driven attitude to the organization. Before Domo, Jeff spent time at IBM, Omniture and was a founder and head of sales for a successful financial services company for more than six years.

RJ Tracy

As Domo's CRO, RJ Tracy is responsible for aligning Domo’s strategic partner and sales initiatives and expanding the company’s partner and channel ecosystem. He has been with Domo for over 11 years, most recently as SVP of Partners, Strategic Development and Channel. During his tenure, RJ has developed and led teams that currently oversee more than 80% of Domo's customer base. He also recently led the development and scaling of the company’s consumption-based pricing model.
In his free time, RJ likes to spend time in the outdoors with his family.

Mark Maughan

Mark ensures critical insights are delivered and leveraged across the organization to drive more predictable outcomes. His team was responsible for the rollout of cross-functional programs to align the organization around corporate goals, a business initiative that resulted in the commercialization of new OKR data apps built on the Domo platform. Prior to joining Domo in 2015, Mark was the vice president of lien resolution at Garretson Resolution Group (acquired by Epiq in 2019). He attended the University of Utah where he received a B.A. in public relations. In his free time, Mark loves to ski, mountain bike and lead new projects that support Domo’s growth.

Mark Boothe

Mark brings over 15 years of diverse marketing experience and is passionate about driving Domo’s business growth through marketing initiatives. His mission is to empower all Domo customers and prospects with the insights and tools they need to make better business decisions and achieve their goals. In his previous role as VP of Community, Partner, and Field Marketing, Mark and his teams established new and strengthened existing programs to address customer pain points and create a greater sense of community. They also executed campaigns, programs and events that showcase the value of the Domo platform.
Before joining Domo, Mark spent more than 10 years working in customer relations and marketing at Adobe and worked at Instructure as its senior director of customer marketing. He received his MBA from Utah State University and a bachelor’s degree from Brigham Young University. Outside of work, Mark enjoys spending time with his family and traveling.

Madison McCord

Madison McCord is a seasoned HR leader who excels at championing programs that positively impact employee experiences and company workforce objectives. Taking a consultative approach, Madison advocates for employees alongside leadership interests, and translates feedback into meaningful HR strategies that help shape Domo’s celebrated people-centered culture. Her programs that reward and promote career advancement, educate leaders and amplify employee voices have increased employee satisfaction, manager engagement and workforce retention at Domo.
Madison is passionate about building on this momentum in her role as Domo’s head of HR, prioritizing programs that increase communication, promote diversity, cultivate talent and strengthen leadership.
A psychology graduate from Brigham Young University, Madison spends her free time surrounded by family, whether she’s traveling, outdoors or playing paddle-sports — particularly tennis or pickleball. She is a skilled photographer, and brings her curiosity for people and culture to her work every day.

Mohammed Aaser

Mohammed Aaser is Domo's chief data officer, where he helps Domo and its customers build innovative data apps and modern data experiences that accelerate key business processes and optimize strategic outcomes. He also works closely with the company's data and technology partners to extend the power of Domo's robust ecosystem of integrations.
Prior to Domo, Mohammed was CDO at McKinsey and Company, where he championed the strategic use of data across thousands of client initiatives in all industries. He led the firm's data innovation capabilities, accelerating development of data apps by combining deep industry knowledge with cutting-edge data sets, data management technology and data engineering. He also helped launch and build McKinsey's analytics practice - focused on helping companies scale their data and AI initiatives - and served as the practice's head of operations and strategy. Prior to McKinsey, Mohammed held leadership roles at Ameriprise Financial, where he led the organization's marketing strategy and analytics transformation. Mohammed received his bachelor's degree from the University of Minnesota and an MBA from Harvard University.

Ben Schein

Ben Schein has over two decades of experience leading user adoption and implementing large-scale BI and analytics initiatives that deliver quantifiable business value. As an eight-year Domo user and content creator, Ben brings empathy, intellectual humility, and transparency to his role as SVP of Product, in which he oversees Domo’s Product Management and UX teams, as well as guides overall product roadmap for Domo. Ben also leads Domo’s Strategic Architecture Group (SAG), which advises on architectural patterns for complex implementations. He is a passionate advocate of sparking the fire of data curiosity and innovation for Domo customers across the globe.
Prior to Domo, Ben worked at Target Corporation where he led merchandising analytics and enterprise BI capabilities within the Enterprise Data Analytics and BI (EDABI) Center of Excellence.
Ben holds a bachelor’s degree in Philosophy, Politics and Economics from the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA in Strategy and Finance from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota.

Chris Willis

As Domo's chief design officer and futurist, Chris' hyper focus on combining data, technology and emerging trends in innovative ways helps to make Domo an indispensable platform for its customers. He has nearly three decades of design leadership experience in web, mobile and data visualization. And as one of Domo's earliest employees, he's involved in every aspect – from initial design, strategy and execution – of building and developing solutions that solve even the most complex problems faced by customers.
Prior to Domo, Chris co-founded HOUR Detroit magazine and Footnote.com (now Fold3.com), which was acquired by Ancestry.com for $27 million. Before moving into technology, he was an award-winning illustrator, journalist and author with multiple published works to his name.

Jennifer Ward

Jennifer Ward brings extensive experience in technology transactions, including SaaS, licensing, privacy, data security, and IT services. As Domo’s Chief Privacy Officer, Jennifer drives Domo’s global data privacy legal strategy, which encompasses all data privacy related matters impacting the company’s business. She works closely with internal teams across the company to ensure enterprise-wide compliance and enable the development of scalable privacy solutions that allow for product innovation and international expansion. Jennifer also leads the Legal Sales Support Team and provides legal support on employment, compliance, and intellectual property matters. Prior to Domo, Jennifer was at Cognizant Technology Solutions where she was lead legal sales support for large-scale IT enterprise deals across multiple industries.

Gina Ventimiglia

As vice president of procurement, Gina brings a strong passion for operational efficiency to Domo. For the past 15 years, she's been leading procurement teams at Silicon Valley technology companies including PeopleSoft, Hyperion and SuccessFactors, delivering more than $200M in savings through her work. Prior to Domo, she was vice president of procurement at Auction.com where she built the company's procurement department from the ground up and implemented best practices across the organization to support $8 billion of annual real estate sales. Previously, she held a similar role at SuccessFactors, leveraging her experience to automate and scale the finance department and helping build the foundation for the company's IPO and eventual sale to SAP AG for $3.4 billion. Prior to that, she built the procurement departments at both Hyperion and PeopleSoft, which scaled with both of those companies until their eventual sale to Oracle.

Suyesh Karki

Suyesh Karki is Domo's chief information security officer and vice president of enterprise IT. He leads the company's worldwide security team, corporate IT team and operations, and is in charge of customer trust, risk management, compliance and cloud security engineering. Suyesh also oversees Domo's Security Operations Center (SOC) and IT Service Management and Orchestration teams. At Domo, he has lead efforts in implementing a data classification model and least privilege access principle, deploying a GRC solution, and obtaining security certifications including ISO27001, ISO27018 and SOC2. Suyesh also works with customers to tailor security models that ensure security, compliance, privacy and governance requirements in highly regulated industries. Prior to Domo, Suyesh led the Ernst & Young LLP IT Advisory practice for the Utah region.
Suyesh serves as the chairman of the board for The Ama Foundation and is part of the advisory boards of the Cloud Security Alliance (CSA) as well as several SaaS startups. He is also the head coach for the U6 team of Copper Mountain Soccer and writes on security-related topics for different channels.
