Using Domo to embed the real-time travel data that matters during a global pandemic – and after one

Reporting and data have always played an instrumental role in managing a travel program. Since last March, that role has expanded dramatically. This session will explore how Gant Travel — through robust use of Domo — was able to quickly pivot from typical travel data to the in-depth, real-time insight that truly matters during a pandemic.

Gant started with a “COVID-19 report card” in early 2020 and then built on that by combining Domo’s COVID-19 data with their booking data to provide travel managers with the most relevant and up-to-date information they needed to monitor the levels of service they provide to their travelers.

Gant leverages Domo Everywhere to offer all of their clients self-service access to new dashboards – putting the information in clients’ hands the moment they needed it. Data and dashboards that are embedded directly into Gant’s program command center are automatically filtered by company and permission level using Domo’s PDP and SSO capabilities. Additionally, clients can upgrade to drill-down data in the embedded dashboard or to a full Domo license for global travel roll-up (in single currency) and custom field reporting.
