Brennan started working at Ciranda as an FP&A Analyst in April of 2022, which is when he first started working with Domo. In his role as an FP&A Analyst, he supports the overall business intelligence strategy of the organization by working with stakeholders from all different corners of the company to develop reporting procedures and standards. This involves understanding data, reporting needs, and operational processes from numerous departments to transform their data into valuable insights. Prior to joining Ciranda, Brennan was a Pricing and Operations Financial Analyst II within the Safety and Industrial Business Group of 3M. He attended Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota and graduated in 2020 with a bachelor’s degree in Finance as well as Business Intelligence and Analytics.

Carolyn Schulte is a Marketing Data Engineer with over three years of experience in Domo, specializing in creating data-driven solutions. She is passionate about ensuring data accuracy and understanding data’s critical role in driving business decisions. As the only Data Engineer at Ciceron, she does everything from data ingestion and cleaning to visualization and reporting. Carolyn has over six years of experience working with data in various industries including healthcare, finance, and marketing.
Rick Nordvold

Changing the game was Rick’s goal when he left an executive career to start Growth Operators in 2010. For years he’d seen how high-performing business-focused nance and human resources teams could help companies grow and thrive.
Rick started Growth Operators in 2010 as a one-person consulting and advisory rm. Over the years, he’s balanced serving clients and executive leadership of the rm. As our Sr. Partner and CEO, Rick now spends the majority of his time chairing our leadership team and developing and overseeing our long-range vision and near-term growth strategy, while still serving clients from time to time.
Before starting Growth Operators, Rick spent nearly 20 years in accounting, nance, administrative, and operational roles. He began his career in public accounting at Arthur Andersen and then joined Best Buy, where he led Corporate Development and Corporate Finance. Rick then joined Golf Galaxy as CFO leading the company’s initial public offering and, later, its merger with Dick’s Sporting Goods. Thereafter he led nance and operations for privately held Grifn International Companies’ before starting Growth Operators. He’s passionate about business growth and serves on the boards of several for-prot and not-for-prot companies.

Nick has over 10 years of combined experience working in accounting, IT, and corporate nance. His experience includes extensive reporting, dashboarding, and business intelligence work combined with traditional FP&A planning, forecasting, and budgeting. His experience is well-rounded as he’s supported many different areas in businesses, including merchants and distribution at Target, human resources and eld leadership at Schwan’s, and eld sales at Polaris. Nick enjoys partnering with strategic leaders to drive their business forward.
Mark Maughan

Mark Maughan serves as the Chief Analytics Officer and SVP of Customer Success at Domo with over 8 years of tenure and a diverse portfolio of executive leadership. Mark is a dynamic, data-driven leader who operates at the highest level of excellence. Constantly elevating others around him, Mark is continually pushing Domo to the next level. Prior to joining Domo in 2015, Mark was the vice president of lien resolution at Garretson Resolution Group (acquired by Epiq in 2019). He attended the University of Utah where he received a B.A. in public relations. In his free time, Mark loves to ski, mountain bike and lead new projects that support Domo’s growth.

Lacy is a seasoned customer marketing leader with 14 years of experience in the enterprise B2B SaaS industry. With a customer-first approach, she develops engaged customers through community, advocacy, content, and lifecycle marketing, driving revenue, retention, and loyalty. Lacy is adept at elevating individual customers to share their success, feedback, and ideas, influencing product, marketing, and company strategy.
In brand marketing, Lacy leads global brand awareness efforts through paid, earned, and owned media strategies. She recently guided her team through corporate messaging updates and refined brand identity, ensuring consistency and a clear understanding of Domo’s identity and mission across all channels.
Nolan Landefeld

Nolan serves as the Development Team Lead within the AI Labs team at Domo. He specializes in Generative AI, aiming to integrate cutting-edge AI technologies and machine learning advancements into the Domo product. With nine years at Domo, Nolan’s diverse experience spans various departments and projects. Specializing in Frontend Development, he takes pleasure in crafting user-friendly interfaces for impactful features.
Devin LuBean
Senior Director of User Experience

Devin has worked in product design for 20 years, working with organizations like Microsoft, Nike, the NSF and Nintendo. At Domo for the past 8 years he has led the design efforts on dashboard creation tools, Domo Bricks, and App Studio. Devin is an advocate for the customers, seeking to design experiences that help solve their problems and make their lives better, and is the director of usability research at Domo. Devin is a data visualization expert and helps lead the Utah data visualization society, which provides training and best practices for creating data experiences for all parts of your business.
