About Chef Mike
In 2009, Mike Hauke opened his first Tony Boloney’s as a small deli/convenience store in Atlantic City. Fast forward 12 years, and he’s been featured on almost every national website, publication and TV show for his innovative take on pizza and subs not to mention lines wrapped around the block of any one of his brick and mortar locations, food truck or farm markets.

When Mike is not in the shop or teaching virtual classes, he is spending time with his family and friends, making a mess in his kitchen at home with his wife, or skateboarding with his two awesome sons.
